RED BARN!!

We set off for our annual trip to the pumpkin patch (which always happens to happen on Josh's birthday.. happy 29th bday to him!) yesterday, and the in-laws tagged along as well. This year we decided to give Red Barn right outside of Colton, Wa a try. They have a huge fall festival with lots of activities for the kids. We were a tad dissapointed when our hay ride ended in a field of pumpkins that were brought in by a truck and placed all over the place. I guess it really doesn't matter, but there's just something un-american about going to a pumpkin patch with no vines and stickies everwhere! It was freezing cold, so I didn't get many pics of the kids in their halloween shirts as they were covered up by jackets, but they're cute anyways. Mason was IN LOVE with the pumpkins. He took off running towards them and trying to pick every single one up. He finally settled on a smaller pumpkin that he could actually lift and I have to say, he did a very good job! I still want to get some good fall pics of the kids, so I gotta convince Josh we should go out to Banner Ranch to play in the apple orchards and corn staulks. :) Enjoy the pics!
